In this role, the key focus is to provide insight and data from CS-related operations to the CS team and other stakeholders in Allente. You will be responsible for collecting and reporting vendor-specific KIP’s on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Gathering data and insights for forecasting processes and providing updated forecasts to vendors and maintaining and developing CS-related KIPs scorecards will also be part of the role. As part of developing initiate and identifying areas of improvement based on data.
Your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for all analysis regarding call patterns and volumes.
- Responsible for forecasting per month and yearly volumes.
- Shared responsibility with CS head for budget processes.
- Owner of weekly follow-up towards CS team (monitoring efficiency, cost, etc)
- Estimating and sharing fact-based input from CS to businesses cases.
Qualifications and previous experience:
We are looking for someone who has previous experience from customer service and workforce management. We would like you to have great analytical skills and have a systematic and structured way of working.You can take ownership of your work and have good self-leadership abilities while you work for efficiency and quality in processes.
