Are you a passionate, strategic leader with a strong track record in Customer Service? Do you love transforming operations, leading with impact, and driving results? Then you might be the person we’re looking for.
At Allente, we deliver world-class entertainment and connectivity to customers across the Nordics – and we’re now searching for a Head of Customer Service to lead our CS operations into the future.
Your mission:
As our Head of Customer Service, you’ll be responsible for owning and delivering key CS KPIs, managing our vendor partnerships, driving sales through service, and leading CS transformation across all Nordic markets. You’ll lead with vision and energy, ensuring we deliver an outstanding customer experience while optimizing costs and increasing efficiency. This role acquires travels as the Customer service is located in Poland.
What you'll do:
✅ Own all Nordic CS KPIs, budget, and results
✅ Lead and coach our CS vendors to success
✅ Drive service-led sales, forecasting, training and contract management
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce complaints, churn, and inefficiencies
✅ Define the role of tech in our service evolution
✅ Champion improvements to IVR, contact strategy and channel mix
✅ Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks
✅ Lead the CS transformation journey across systems and processes
Who you are:
A senior leader with a strong background in Customer Service operations
Confident, proactive, and courageous in driving change
Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
A skilled communicator who can influence at executive level
Experienced in transformation and passionate about tech & innovation
Curious, future-focused, and eager to learn from best practices across industries
