Partner Success Manager | Allente | Nordics
We’re looking for a passionate Partner Success Manager to strengthen and grow relationships with our Nordic partners!
In this role, you’ll take the lead on developing both new and existing B2B partnerships, collaborating with our amazing Head of Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams. Your mission? To ensure our partners thrive, maximize engagement, and create long-term value for everyone involved.
What Will You Do:
- Build Strong Partnerships: Be the go-to person for our key partners, fostering trust and ensuring everyone gets the most out of our collaboration.
- Optimize Partner Performance: Provide insights and guidance to help partners make the most of Allente’s solutions.Develop Winning Strategies: Create strategies and products that make our partnerships even more valuable.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value of our partnerships.
- Onboard New Partners: Set new partners up for success with tailored onboarding and support.
- Lead Key Projects: Take ownership of initiatives to improve our offerings, keeping everything on track and impactful.
- Analyze and Share Insights: Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions that benefit our partners.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to create seamless partner and end-user experiences.
Who Are You?
- You have a strong background in partner success, account management, or business development, ideally in a B2B setting within the Nordic region
- You’re data-driven, proactive, and strategic, with project management skills to keep things organized.
- You’re a relationship-builder who communicates clearly and works well with teams.
