Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Management Trainee, you'll work alongside our Chief Executive Officer on an exciting range of projects. Your role will span various areas, including Brand/Marketing, New Business, Customer Development, and Product Portfolio. You'll take a helicopter perspective of the company, supporting communication and analysis to drive growth and optimization. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and planning for the Chief Executive Officer and the Allente management team.
• Leading efficiency or growth projects as a project manager.
• Organizing and participating in critical meetings to set the strategic direction for the commercial division.
• Preparing analytical and creative presentations.
• Supporting the Chief Executive Officer and his management team with practicalities.
• Bringing your own ideas and suggestions to the table.

Who We Are Looking For?

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or economics.
