At Allente, we’re on a mission to deliver first-class entertainment and customer experiences across the Nordics. As our new Customer Service Analyst, you’ll be the detective behind the numbers — analyzing trends, optimizing processes, and ensuring our customers get the best possible service.
What you'll do:
✅ Analyze KPIs and turn numbers into actionable insights
✅ Work closely with vendors and internal teams to forecast, plan and optimize
✅ Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
✅ Present your findings to drive real change (yes, people will listen!)
✅ Keep track of costs and make sure we stay smart and efficient
✅ Make customer service magic happen — backed by data, of course!
Who you are:
Analytical with a strong business mindset
A natural when it comes to presenting insights
Great at collaborating with teams and vendors
Loves solving problems and improving processes
Skilled with data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau – you name it)
Customer-focused with an eye on the big picture
